Role:
As a member of the product analytics team, you will
  • Become a domain expert of your product areas and conduct rigorous data analysis to help improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, instrumentation and design teams to build world-class products and design hypothesis-driven experiments; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results
  • Leverage Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework to Identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior-level/non-technical stakeholders and influence product strategy and roadmap

Requirements:
  • Data driven mindset with advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Psychology or Mathematics
  • Fluent in SQL and/or a statistical programming language like SAS, R or Python, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlikview; familiarity with 3rd party analytical tools like Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics a plus
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams
  • Prior work experience with management consulting, investment banking, website analytics and consumer financial product is highly valued; prior people management experience is highly preferred
