As part of Corporate Risk Management, the Manager, Regulatory Risk and Governance will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Regulatory Reporting and Governance. Specifically, the candidate will lead governance initiatives that include the financial statement reviews, compensation reviews, risk awareness programs and a variety of risk related projects. The candidate will support the preparation of regulatory responses and reports such as the NAIC Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and Board and risk committee reporting. The role will require partnering with other departments and within Global Risk Management. The candidate must also be able to present status and deliverables to senior management on an ad hoc basis.
