This is a newly created position dedicated to Talent Acquisition for our growing organization.

This is not a job description but more of a high level overview of the opportunity:

  • Create, manage, streamline and continuously and creatively improve our Talent Acquisition and Management programs and processes.

  • Areas of Influence and Responsibility include Talent Branding, Technology Tools (ATS), Social Media Marketing, Candidate Experience and Workforce Planning.

  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and any and all technical means to source candidates.

  • Further develop and partner with University and Technical School recruiting programs.

  • Provide guidance and intel on employment data; develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research on talent acquisition or retention in key functional areas.

  • Maximize tools to track and report metrics and trends.

  • Work collaboratively with the HR Team to add value and support of programs & initiatives including: on-boarding, training, career development and succession planning.

    Job Requirements �Bachelor�s degree, preferably in business or HR, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred; PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred
    �Minimum 5 years recruiting experience
    �Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    �Ability to effectively interface with all level of employees
    �Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
    �Exceptional results orientation with a high degree of personal initiative and very hands on, flexible and customer centric attitude
