"What You'll Do
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition Global Programs and Change Management, you'll lead a team of experienced project and program managers responsible for large scale global system, tool, process and policy implementations. You will ensure the TA portfolio is efficiently managed with prioritization and investment decisions aligned to the strategic goals for Talent and Cisco's priority areas for the future.
Driving change and accelerating results, you'll develop change strategies and executionable plans with strong coaching by influencing the team to consistently manage change and achieve adoption goals. Through your motivation, you'll remove roadblocks and ensure team project team members understand the criticality of program delivery. You will foster a corporate culture that embraces change, aligning change initiatives with the best of present organizational values, strategic intent, and practices.

You're a passionate, accomplished Program Manager who has built the strategy and ensured the execution for large scale Talent Acquisition Projects. You're also a creative thinker who often searches for innovative solutions that will differentiate Cisco TA from the rest. You've got extensive experience in program, project and change management with a proven track record for delivering on time, within scope and budget.
You possess impeccable skills to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives. You have thorough knowledge of how to drive large scale change using appropriate methods and models to achieve full adoption across multiple roles, regions and cultures. With that knowledge you negotiate successfully with multiple, large, diverse stakeholders.
Our Minimum Qualifications for this role:
• 8+ years of experience in a change management and/or talent acquisition space
• Bachelors Degree
