The TMOD (Talent Management and Organization Development) Manager will work within the TMOD team to lead the development, coordination, and execution of initiatives that build talent capability, enhance organization functioning, and develop bench strength. They will be involved in a range of TMOD projects including: leadership and HIPO development, workforce analytics, succession planning, change management, career frameworks, and interventions to improve team and organization effectiveness. Key customers and stakeholders include: Global Category Teams, Marketing, Global Insights, Design Center, Commercialization, Global eCommerce, Franchise, HRBPs and CoEs.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with the TMOD team and HRBPs to design and implement programs to drive key organizational initiatives surrounding employee engagement, leadership development, and career frameworks
  • Lead TMOD core processes and action planning with clients, including support with rollout and data interpretation (employee satisfaction surveys, organizational engagement surveys, etc.)
  • Consult and design initiatives to increase the effectiveness of the PepsiCo Operating Model
  • Assume a leadership role in improving the assessment, tracking and development of our marketing talent through direct involvement with PepsiCo's Marketing Leadership Council
  • Provide consultation on various HR and TMOD-related initiatives including change management, career development and team/group effectiveness
  • Conduct necessary research on various topics / items for client interventions
  • Create and manage project plans and communications to ensure the execution of TMOD initiatives
  • Additional duties as assigned


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, HR, or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience. MA/PhD in I/O psychology or organizational behavior preferred.
  • 5-7 years of industry experience or human capital consulting experience with talent management, performance management, organizational design, organization culture, or business transformation
  • Strong diagnostic, consultative and OD intervention skills
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills, including strong analytic abilities
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity and ambiguity at multiple levels of the organization
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strict attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS required and other survey design programs (e.g., Qualtrics) preferred
  • Experience with leadership and development assessment methods is preferred
