Manager, User Service Excellence
As a Manager with the User Service Excellence team, you will participate in all aspects of this fast paced team’s development and success.
In this role, you will own and lead initiatives to develop and execute support processes that span the Power Up organization.
Some of the key functions of this role include:
-Process Workflow and KPI development
-Senior Leader and Executive level presentation development and delivery
-Establishing a support cadence including chairing weekly meetings across the support organizations
-Developing targeted communications to a wide range of audience
-Project Management of key handoffs between Operations and Support organizations
