This position will be responsible for overall quality and compliance leadership in the relevant regions for Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV).  The position will partner heavily with JJV Franchise Quality, Regional JJV leadership, global CLS and the CMD quality organization to drive improvements in quality and compliance.  Position will communicate and partner with Regional Quality Managers in order to implement a worldwide quality management system for JJV, analyze global trends or early warning signals, and proactively prepare for internal and external audits.
The Manager of WW Business Quality will:
  • Lead an audit support team responsible for JJRC audit preparation and execution worldwide. 
  • Lead the team to implement improvements to the quality system. 
  • Oversight of Global BQ quality systems such as validation, change control, NC, CAPA, Internal audits, and metrics reporting.
  • Take a lead role as the regional quality POC for North America and North America CLS quality leadership. 
  • Coordinate the implementation of Enterprise standards at the Market Companies by partnering with Franchise Quality and global CLS.
  • Provides worldwide leadership for coordination of JJVC’s Quality Management Systems and compliance.
  • Represents JJVC to other J&J departments (e.g. JJRC), external audiences for audits, registrations, corrective actions and ensures compliance with local regulators and Health Authorities.
  • Project team member for Regional Call Center implementation.
  • Communicates to all levels of the organization.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

  • 8-10 years of related work experience in technical/quality/regulatory role in a highly regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory / compliance requirements for specific region.
  • Experienced with direct communications and interactions with end customer/ user.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated management abilities.
  • Audit Certification required.
  • Experience writing compliance related responses is required.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Experience working with global cross functional teams is required.
