Marcom Manager, National Executive Events The Enterprise and Industry (E&I) National Programs Marketing team is focused on enabling sales and marketing to drive growth, increase share, and improve the Customer Experience. We are looking for a strong marketer to run the National Executive events and programs for the US. Be part of the audience team landing key Bold Ambition programs cross the US. Description: Create and execute National Role focused on developing the strategy and execution plan for US-wide Executive events series and marketing programs, enabling local execution and providing results and learnings to US Marketing and Operations (USMO) LT. Work in close partnership with US Central Marketing Organization (USCMO), WW and US BGs and E&I Field Marketing to ensure clear definition of roles/responsibilities and success. Deliverables: Serve as business owner for National Executive events and programs. Leads the strategy, building an end-to-end view of the plan and reporting on progress towards planned outcomes across multiple stakeholders. Drive scale through others, lead vTeam to deliver execution against program goals working in collaboration across stakeholders (CMO, Field Mktg, BGs, Inside Sales, Services, Worldwide and others). Lead process to adjust plans. Develop and champion a point of view based on customer feedback, market trends, business insights and the performance of program levers (demand gen, NSAT etc.). Scale and execute through Operating Unit (OU) Marcom Managers in coordination with the National Marketing Excellence Leads. Success Metrics: Clear communication on programs, timelines, and RACI. On-time delivery of resources to enable field execution. Project and change management of programs Variance to budget: Program delivered on budget, budget adjustments are documented and communicated to stakeholders in a timely fashion. vTeam (key stakeholders) satisfaction Program Impact: Customer NSAT = 160; Execution Forecast met or exceeded (# of events, registration targets, and attendees). Required Qualifications: BA in Business or Marketing *and/or* 5+ years in audience or influencer marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing or 2-5 years experience driving corporate, brand or marketing strategy and execution
