¿ Coordinate delivery of marketing materials for new product launches to sales team including but not limited to:
o Distributor load spreadsheets for top distributor partners
o Uploading load spreadsheets of product specifications and marketing information to third party data warehouses
o Marcom assets placed on cloud storage and supporting communication of location of all materials
o Support New Product manager w/ weekly meetings to discuss updates on asset readiness
o Respond to administrative inquiries from National Account Managers regarding New Product marketing materials
o Support Tradeshow lead with marketing materials for new product launch awareness generation
o Updating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with new product information
¿ Other Responsibilities include but not limited to:
o Coordinate distributor and rep sales SPIFFs, procure and process incentives. Ensure timely communications with participants.
o Audit distributor web site content in support of new product introductions and promotional campaigns.
o Make outbound calls to Fluke manufacturing reps and distribution partners to support commercial efforts.
o Coordinate mailings in support of product and campaign launches
o Support tradeshow lead when needed to insure on-time delivery of marketing materials and tradeshow assets
o Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
¿ Intermediate to advanced excel skillset
¿ Previous customer service skills
¿ Must have strong attention for detail, tenacity to see a project through a highly matrixed organization with a strong sense of urgency
¿ Strong verbal and written communication skills
¿ Forward thinking to contribute to successful completion of projects
¿ Two or Four year degree
¿ A minimum of 2-3 years¿ experience in an office role
