Robert Half and Officeteam is currently looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant for a construction company in Carmel, IN. This will be a remote, work from home position. This Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to: -Report generation and analysis -Heavy calendar management -Scheduling of appointment -Travel arrangements - Light purchasing -Order entry -Handling customer calls -Quote generation -Other assigned duties This will be a Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm schedule.
