Do you want to get your foot in the door in the marketing industry? We are looking for a driven individual to assist our client's marketing department! You must possess great customer service, multi-tasking skills along with computer technology skills. In a nutshell, you will help onboard new salespeople, clean their CRM databases, migrate existing content to a new system, process invoices and order supplies, and fulfill basic sales support requests. Position Description • Work at assigned location, Mon-Fri, for approximately 8 hours each day, between the hours of 8am to 6pm • Help onboard new salespeople (i.e. order business cards; create email signatures, coordinate headshot photo sessions in remote locations; set up database on CRM; add bio page to website) • Copy emails and flyers to our new CRM/marketing automation software • Clean up contact databases in Excel for CRM • Fulfill sales support requests from mortgage advisors sales via email and phone (i.e. order promotional items and collateral; walk them through how to insert an image in an Outlook email over the phone) • Order business cards, stationery, envelopes, folders • Review and organize marketing invoices; submitting for approval and reimbursement • Archive completed marketing project files on Box.com • Willingness/Ability to work overtime, only as requested by Manager and when business needs require
