Adecco is seeking a Marketing Assistant for our New Milford client. Responsibilities will include general administrative duties but also create PowerPoint presentations, upload content to website, social media postings, sales meeting coordination, and more.

Duties for the Marketing Assistant will include:
• Submitting editorial content - image and text that exist
• Assist with press releases - administrative
• Help upload content to website
• Social media - daily postings of researched content
• Sales Meeting coordination details
• General administrative duties
Qualifications for the Marketing Assistant position include:
• 3+ yrs similar experience
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Photoshop
• Knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign a plus, interest in creative design - minimal
• Experience posting to social media - knowledge of web talk/html formatting a plus
• Self-starter able to work in fast-paced, deadline driven position
• Able to work independently and be and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to change priorities as needed
Long term assignment
Hours are 8:30am - 5pm
