Manufacturing and Distribution (M&D) is Oracle's global organization responsible for product release/definition, software delivery, and the associated functions supporting these activities. M&D is the single point of contact for many areas within Oracle, including Parts and Pricing, Shipping, Warehousing, and Logistics.
The Oracle Store Operations team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Oracle Store platform. A number of Hardware, Software and Cloud products and services are made available to direct/indirect customers via the Oracle Store sales channel. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following duties within the Oracle Store Operations team.
Work closely with Product Managers to identify parts and products to be made available in Oracle's eCommerce venues and insure that all web content is accurately represented on the store
Coordinate with cross functional organizations while executing product release timelines to assure that product setups and configurations are completed properly
Define and document procedures that support the Oracle Store Operations department
Work with third party vendors to coordinate and improve the Oracle Store translation
Participate in Oracle Store testing cycles and provide meaningful feedback to management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Candidate must have the following qualities:

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Hold a degree in Management Information Systems or similar
HTML/CSS -JAVA Script -JIRA -Bug Resolution
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle*s products and services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.
