The Marketing Communications & Brand Asset Consultant will act as an integral member of our team delivering content for internal and external channels for MetLife. The Marketing Communications & Brand Asset Consultant will work in collaboration with teams from local, regional and global agencies. The Marketing Communications & Brand Asset Consultant works with the CX&D internal teams to drive content strategy/storyline, and is a key contributor to the CX&D content strategy and production. This role is face-paced environment, touching several projects per week.


This role combines creativity with attention to detail to ensure we are delivering high end storytelling projects.



  • Ability to work independently and handle many projects simultaneously, must be able to meet aggressive deadlines for creative-driven work
  • Flexibility in dealing with changing schedules and multiple points of view
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment that values creativity, self-motivation, passion, innovation, and accountability
  • Ability to understand complex business information and effectively communicate key messages to, and on behalf of, all levels of business
  • Work directly with vendors during review processes to ensure branding and consistency is applied
  • Audio engineering on a project basis
  • Work directly with vendors during review processes to ensure branding and consistency is applied to our creative toolkits


  • Formal education in Film/Video (BFA degree) is highly preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand asset management
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven decision making skills-- decisions directly affect the success of projects, client and department budgets
  • Experience with direction/leadership of others-- Coordinates distribution of brand assets for use by local, regional and global resources on a project basis.
  • May include project-level oversight of external agency resources.
