RSA is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Content Writer to assist in developing compelling content that promotes RSA. Projects will encompass a variety of online and offline customer-facing marketing materials such as white papers, roadmaps, e-books, infographics and video scripts to be used in marketing campaigns. This content will focus on addressing different areas of the purchase funnel – awareness, consideration and purchase type content. This is not technical content.
+ Develop marketing content that helps address problems and solutions that arise during the purchase process and relate to RSA’s products, technologies and key industry applications that can be used across multiple marketing channels for lead generation.
+ Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketing to learn about the products and proactively pursue other sources to gain a strong understanding of the subject matter.
+ Proactively identify and create the best content strategy to address the purchase process.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Strong editing skills with the ability to understand technical content, edit for organization and flow and add value to the effectiveness of marketing materials
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent communications, editing and time-management skills, as well as the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is a must.
Minimum education and work experience required:
+ Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional work experience is required
+ B.A. in English, Journalism, Communications or other related field
+ 5+ years of experience developing and editing marketing content, preferably for a security company.
