Marketing Consultant

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Channel Marketing Production Consultant who will lead and perform each production step involved to develop and deploy email and direct mail. As the Channel Marketing Production Consultant, you will identify process improvements and develop supporting tools to improve production quality and output. Your success will be determined by the ability to execute campaign production with increasing speed-to-market, within budget and without error.

The Channel Marketing Production Consultant responsibilities include:
- Learning and mastering of all tasks associated with the email and direct mail production process.
- This includes but is not limited to completing list pull requests, proofing communications, testing coupons and validating end-to-end Customer experiences
- Developing and maintaining campaign schedules; leading production status meetings
- Creating a systematic approach to collecting and analyzing industry, channel and customer information
- Researching and sharing marketing channel best practices; organizing customer service monitoring sessions and developing a competitive benchmarking program

Required Qualifications:
* 2 or more years of Marketing or Advertising experience.
* Previous progressive channel production experience
* Proven ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks with an exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent project management skills including the ability to stay on track with multiple projects in various phases and an intuitive understanding of when to seek assistance
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to influence and negotiate with peers and cross-functional partners
* Superior communication skills with a willingness to organize and lead large cross-functional meetings
* Strong work ethic, dedication and desire to succeed, coupled with initiative and resourcefulness

Preferred Qualifications:
Progressive experience in targeted channel marketing at a major retailer or advertising agency.
