This role will be responsible for supporting the media and advertising efforts in support of the Brighthouse Financial brand. This includes directly supporting the Brand Director and Manager in day-to-day activities. These include but are not limited to campaign performance tracking, approving and managing changes to marketing material in support of the overall brand, and working internally to gain alignment on brand marketing campaigns. This person will work in partnership with marketing stakeholders and collaborate outside of the marketing organization with legal and compliance, finance, procurement and distribution.



  • Work externally with Agency partners to manage creative approvals for brand campaigns.
  • Responsible for Paid Search campaigns – development, ad copy and approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Track brand campaign performance through detailed reporting, and regularly report out to Brand Management and other key stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison between product marketing managers and creative agencies to help develop product campaigns. Includes facilitating creative feedback, setting KPIs, tracking performance and working with product campaign managers to develop recommendations.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Marketing, Product, Distribution, Finance, Compliance, and Legal.


  • 2-3 years of prior marketing experience
  • Branding and/or marketing campaign experience preferred
  • Paid Search/Digital Display experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and apply creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills and extremely organized
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
