Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
  • Implementation
  • Provide weekly reporting for Marketing Equipment Management (MEM) Organization.
  • Manage Tech Level Scorecards and Executional Planners to support Coaching for Service Excellence for all Service, Move and HUB technicians.
  • Manage Sales Level Scorecard for food service placement and asset growth.
  • Provide period coaching reports for supported market areas.
  • Route Ride Tracking and Support
  • Service Area Routing - data preparation support
  • Maintain and update MEM Org charts as needed
  • Manage and maintain PEPnet for supported Market Areas.
  • Support Move Scheduling for HUB operations as needed.
  • Support delivery cost plan, asset productivity and other income opportunities for Region
  • Support HUB/Market Admin and NAC for HUB operations as needed.
  • Create and post Region newsletter

Capability:
  • Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and Hub productivity
  • Ensure all facility documentation is complete and accurate. That all documents are maintained/filed according to records retention policies
  • Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution
  • Strives for continuous improvement in daily work and willing to lead change in operational effectiveness
  • Develop networks to ensure strong relationships exist between MEM and the selling teams

Administration:
  • Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and Hub productivity
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the Executional Requirements for the MEM Organization to provide reporting and support through the utilization of C.E.T.S. , Business Objects, Excel, and PEPnet
  • Serves as an information resource to others in the gathering MEM information and data as it relates through daily business execution, processes and initiatives. Inclusive of problem solving analysis related to Scorecard and Key Process Indicators
  • Supports field MEM and MES administrative requests
  • Maintain technological skills to a level that ensure subject matter expertise in Microsoft Office products and MEM systems


Qualifications/Requirements

Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree

Skills & Capabilities:
  • Strong computer skills (including MS OfficeSuite)
  • Ability to manage time and plan independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels within a location
