**Job Description:** **Social Engagement Intern:** This role is designed to assist in monitoring and managing customer engagement across social and community platforms. They will be responsible for identifying areas of customer concern and proposing processes for resolution. They will leverage monitoring platforms and collaborate with the Social Intelligence team to establish baseline metrics and forward looking goals. Lastly they will assist in developing and scheduling customer facing content to align with ongoing campaigns.
