As a key leader on the marketing team, you will be responsible for the creation of sales support material, the management of client education events, the support of new product launches, the leadership of multiple marketing campaigns (print and online) and the management of web properties and email campaigns. You will gather and interpret competitive intelligence to improve stategic and tactical decision making  You will interact closely with a very senior direct sales force, translating client needs into high impact messaging.  Ideal candidate is a service-oriented marketing professional with experience in a B2B environment.


Work assignments are often routine but on occasion may be non-routine and require some deviation from accepted practice and procedures to complete. Assignments are given in terms of subject area concerned, with specific objectives and possible problems identified. Follow guidelines which may include company and/or departmental policies and procedures, and rules and regulations that are well established but may require some deviation from normal operating procedures when completing more unique assignments


Project Management

  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects; complete them on time and within budget
  • Clearly communicate project progress to the broader organization
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that identify all dependencies and potential bottlenecks
  • Motivate team to achieve all committed milestones

 Digital Marketing

  • Maintain multiple websites that support various lines of business
  • Initiate search marketing program
  • Oversee project to integrate web properties to increase cross-sell opportunities
  • Implement and maintain social media presence
  • Develop all aspects of an effective email campaign (design, messaging, targeting, timing, reporting)
  • Help implement new marketing automation system (such as Eloqua or Marketo)
  • Leverage to build more efficient marketing programs and measure results

Marketing Communications

  • Create impactful messaging for advertising, sales collateral and online campaigns
  • Evaluate and closely manage relationships with outside copywriters
  • Coordinate business unit messaging as part of overall company brand

Market Research and Analysis

  • Create process for the ongoing solicitation of client input.  Help identify client needs to drive the creation of new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive and regulatory environment, summarize findings and disseminate to the sales team
