1.Responsible for driving significant value for Baxter's largest US Hospital Products business unit
2.Develop promotional content for the Baxter IV Solutions website that will enhance our market leadership position and increase satisfaction with our IV Therapy Brand
3.Team with Hospital Products Marketing Leadership to incorporate the IV Therapy portfolio messaging seamlessly with the overall Baxter Brand promotional initiative
4.Lead promotional and product management initiatives for Balanced Solutions to create market value based on clinical differentiation
5.Work with the Baxter Franchise team on long term capacity planning and competitive intelligence initiatives
6.Partner with the sales team through messaging and customer initiatives including weekly meetings and region visits
7.Create opportunities to drive growth for IV Solutions through partnering with OEM customers and distributors
8.Lead the IV Therapy marketing plan process to align with overall US Hospital Products organizational goals
9.Develop customer segmentation through market research and financial analysis to drive prioritization initiatives
1.Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data
2.Skills in the areas of pricing, messaging, branding, and creative program development
3.Solid business acumen and project management
4.Strong results orientation
5.BS/BA required with five to eight years work experience
6.MBA strongly preferred
7.Healthcare/pharma industry experience is a benefit
