Spectrum Enterprise’s Marketing Team is currently seeking a digital savvy Lead Gen Marketing Manager with B2B experience in digital campaign strategies, nurture program development and sales enablement materials. This position will be based in Denver, CO, Charlotte, NC or Stamford, CT.

Position Summary:
Lead Gen Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director, Mid Market Lead Generation, will be responsible for developing digital demand and lead gen campaigns and sales enablement materials for Mid Market sellers for Spectrum Enterprise.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Work closely with marketing director and leadership to develop segmentation strategies to target our best prospects, including working with buyer personas and business challenges
  • Develop strategies and creative assets, and guide execution of paid search, display, and content syndication programs and campaigns for the Mid Market sales segment that drive sales ready leads, contributing to our marketing lead goals and support sales revenue goals
  • Develop nurture campaigns that align with go to market strategies, addressing all phases of the buyer’s journey though customer centric messaging approaches
  • Develop customer centric messaging and creative campaign executions that align with sales methodologies and the Spectrum Enterprise brand
  • Work with the content team to recommend content development to leverage in various digital programs
  • Drive testing strategies in campaigns and programs to understand buyer behavior and preferences
  • Work with Marketing Operations team to develop reporting requirements to efficiently monitor campaigns and regularly analyze data to optimize campaign results
  • Promote and increase adoption of On Demand sales tool, which enables sellers to personalize approved marketing materials and send directly to buyers
  • Develop On Demand sales enablement materials and funnel acceleration campaigns which will help sellers convert leads to opportunities to closed won revenue
  • Manage training for On Demand users, as well as providing usage reporting for sales leadership, in order to increase adoption
  • Work closely with agencies on campaign messaging, development and execution
  • Track and manage marketing expense budget; Provide constant accounting and forecasting versus budget, bids projects to various vendors, tracking, managing and reporting expenses

Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in developing and implementing digital B2B acquisition campaigns, with a focus on SEM, nurture and modern marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua or Marketo or equivalent technology
  • Proven track record of creating innovative digital lead gen programs that align with the buyers’ journey and increase the sales funnel
  • Proven track record of creating messaging and translating into effective demand-based campaigns using marketing automation platforms to drive revenue; ability analyze results for program optimization
  • Proven track record of targeting utilizing a structured, scientific market segmentation approach that incorporates demographic and behavioral data
  • Strong background in creative agency management, creative direction, and associated expense management
  • Must be a team player willing to actively collaborate with marketing peers and key stakeholders to effectively align and communicate key goals and objectives
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills are required
  • Strong financial, analytical and project management skills are required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time within the US
  • Legal/Financial Responsibilities: Requires adherence to Charter Communications Rules of Business Conduct; Position must assist in maintaining the confidentiality of customer and business data at all times

Education and Experience:
  • 7-10 year’s relevant work experience required
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience required; MBA a plus
