Manager, Wound Care Innovation is a key strategic leadership role within the
Global Franchise Organization (GFO), focused on accelerating global growth via
breakthrough innovation on one of Johnson & Johnson’s iconic and beloved
brands, BAND-AID® Brand. This
position reports into the GFO Marketing Director, Innovation and Strategy and
will be based in New Brunswick, NJ.
Specifically, the Marketing Manager will:

a clear project scope and working closely with the Project Management group to
lead the initiatives globally.

shape the global Wound Care 5-year pipeline, partnering with Global Need State
and Equity leaders to ensure it is grounded in the global need state strategy,
delivers brand strategic objectives, and maximizes regional relevancy.
strong relationships with the Regional GFO leaders to ensure a strong and
aligned connection on all current and future innovation projects.
BAND-AID® Brand is a Johnson &
Johnson Global Mega-Brand with over $500MM in global sales across adhesive
bandages and first aid. The brand has
led category innovation for over 90 years and built a strong emotional

The Marketing Manager, Wound Care Innovation
will play a leadership role in defining the Wound Care Portfolio framework and
developing the brand innovation strategy and pipeline, working in close
connection with the global Wound Care Need State and Equity leaders.
This person will be responsible for creating a
high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation with
cross functional partners and marketing counterparts globally.
- A BA degree is required. Master in Business or Marketing
- A minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in setting a
vision and executing in a similar integrated leadership role within a consumer
packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or
industry experience is required.
- Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with
regional groups is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of leadership is required. Experience leading in a matrix environment
and cross functional teams is required.
- Experience in successfully partnering with R&D organizations
to develop innovative products supported by specific and relevant brand
messaging is required.
- Experience is leading innovation projects from concept through to
launch is preferred.
- Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business
decisions is required.
- Strong organizational and analytic skills are required.
- Experience in providing marketing thought leadership—taking
consumer insight and using it to drive thinking and good decisions, is
