Our mission is "to deliver financing solutions that enable and enrich the Dell customer experience." *Marketing Partner Manager - Round Rock, TX* Job Description: The DFS Marketing partner manager will develop marketing and sales enablement materials in support of the DFS sales team. Materials include presentations, sales aids, flyers, sales play talking points and training. In addition, the role will develop and execute the DFS presence in key events, such as Dell EMC World. This role will also partner with Dell EMC to drive DFS integration into all elements of the Go To Market motion, including events, product launches, campaigns, and social media. Identify key integration points and contacts, develop relationships and ensure the DFS Value Proposition is well understood. Determine how DFS can best be integrated to enhance the Dell EMC value proposition, plan and execute integration. Develop content as needed to support integration. Overall Responsibilities: * Provide the DFS sales teams with content and tools needed to drive financing discussions with customers and deliver the DFS value proposition * Work with Dell EMC counterparts to integrate leasing/financing content and/or staffing into Commercial Go to Market vehicles including events, content, social media and product launches * Identify high impact integration points and drive execution * Determine DFS staffing requirements for Dell activity integration, identify appropriate resources and plan and execute DFS execution * Develop marketing content and sales training for Dell EMC in support of new offer launches * Manage all marketing content production in accordance with governance processes/CSA’s Required Skills * Strong Dell network — understands org structures, tools, processes and procedures * Expert ability to work with individuals in a wide variety of functional areas and levels of leadership * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Executive-ready presentation skills * The ability to influence and work across organizational boundaries * Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences between Dell EMC, DFS and legacy GFS * Ability to synthesis broad range of stakeholder inputs, present recommendations and facilitate senior-level decision making Experience * Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or Finance plus 8 years Marketing (or relevant) experience required * Experienced subject matter expert in event execution, product launches and marketing campaigns * Proven expertise in communicating technical information to a non-technical audience * Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries Requirements * Expert ability to work with individuals in a wide variety of functional areas and levels of leadership * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Executive-ready presentation skills * The ability to influence and work across organizational boundaries * Ability to synthesis broad range of stakeholder inputs, present recommendations and facilitate senior-level decision making * Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or Finance plus 8 years Marketing (or relevant) experience required * Experienced subject matter expert in event execution, product launches and marketing campaigns * Proven expertise in communicating technical information to a non-technical audience * Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries in a large company */Company Description/* /With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
