Job Summary

The Marketing Project Manager serves the Market Development and Sales (MDS) team on mid-sized to large accounts and mid-sized to larger marketing projects supporting the firm’s internal marketing clients. Individual has a full understanding of company policies and procedures. Takes projects from original concept through completion and ensures projects are completed on time and on budget. Works on a variety of projects spanning the spectrum of marketing activities including awareness, expert positioning, and lead generation. Develops detailed project timelines/work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Leads project meetings and is responsible for adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Communicates with subject matter experts and other resources as needed to ensure successful projects.   


Skill sets required include:

  • A minimum of five years relevant marketing experience with at least three years of experience in marketing project management.
  • Project management experience in a professional services firm or Audit/Assurance profession a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide clear, informative, and timely information as appropriate to client and team.
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (intermediate).
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels – internal and/or external to the organization.
  • High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications: 

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Five years of relevant marketing experience
  • Three to four years of marketing project management experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
