Senior Marketing Manager Position within BCBU to lead access marketing initiatives and programs for the CV portfolio. Will be responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Owner of overall strategy and field implementation related to;
RepathaReady
ePA
Specialty Pharmacy (coordinate with SP Marketing Ops team/RAV lead)
Explore alternative fulfillment strategy options (eg. EMR, automated benefits verification)
Sales Force execution leadAccess Marketing lead for access execution workstream
New hire training lead
Ownership of marketing tools and messages related to fulfillment
Vendor/Budget management
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing and/or sales management and/or operations experience OR
Master's degree and 4 years of marketing and/or sales management experience and/or operations experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing and/or sales management experience and/or operations experience OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of marketing and/or sales management experience and/or operations experience OR
High school diploma / GED & 12 years of marketing and/or sales management experience and/or operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other master's degree
5+ years sales, marketing and/or operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
Strategic thinking and ability to take projects from inception to execution
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills
Vendor/agency management skill set
Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system (commercial and public) and an understanding of coverage and reimbursement, payor environment and formulary management
Ability to lead a cross functional team
Ability to handle and achieve results with multiple competing priorities
Cardiovascular or marketing experience
Access marketing experience
