Based on the overarching consumer strategy, create and own key components of the consumer digital DSE and DTC tactical plan, e.g.,:
Consumer web site
Online advertising
Email
Search
Social
Mobile
Other, as relevant to consumer strategy
Execute all aspects of the consumer DSE and DTC digital plan:Manage all consumer media and creative agency partners
Manage campaign development timelines and budgets to execute on-time and on-budget
Via the MAC process, collaborate with regulatory, law and medical to achieve a balanced view of risk and opportunity to make the best decisions for the business
Lead the Measurement & Optimization Plan:Define the benchmarks for success for all aspects of the consumer digital plan
Utilize test / control methodologies, as appropriate
Partner with BAI, vendors (and others, as needed) to identify the best measurement data sources and cadence
Manage BAI to synthesize the data
Draw implications from the synthesized data on campaign optimization and communicate it to Marketing VP
Serve as erenumab consumer point person for INBU Next Best Action initiative, as appropriate
As led by the Consumer Director, contribute to the creation of:Consumer insight development
Consumer segmentation and targeting
Consumer positioning
Consumer behavioral objectives
Core consumer brand campaign
Consumer messaging
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree & 2 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
OR
Master's degree & 4 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
OR
Bachelor's degree & 6 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
OR
Associate's degree & 10 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
OR
High school diploma / GED & 12 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree
Channel management experience (email, direct mail, telemarketing etc.),
Campaign management experience (DTC CRM, HCP MCM)
Marketing technology experience with campaign management tools, email execution tools
Client management / agency services experience
Strong project management skills / PMP Certification
Database management experience
Data analysis and reporting experience
Advanced computing skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
