Corporate Marketing is a dynamic organization that utilizes modern marketing principles and technology to drive awareness of Oracle and its value proposition to the many markets that we serve, and to deliver marketing campaigns in support of Oracle's Sales organization. The department covers all disciplines within marketing, including corporate communications, advertising, events management, brand and creative, social and digital media, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement programs. This internship position is in our global customer programs team.
-Normalize transaction data across customer touch points (surveys, customer references, system dashboards).
-Prepare analysis of insights about cloud customer experiences.
-Data cleanup to improve internal site performances.
-Assist with development, analysis, and documentation of marketing projects and tasks.
-Provide input and suggestions on improving marketing processes.
-Respond to requests for information, in person or over the phone, and provide necessary customer service to internal and external customers.
-Assist team by performing a variety of specialized and routine administrative assignments, including general clerical tasks as needed.
Preferred qualifications include:
-Candidate currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing
-Business Administration, or Statistics/Mathematics. We are seeking a candidate who is a continuing student in the Fall after the summer internship ends.
-Strong self-starter who is capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
-Critical and analytical thinker.
-Strong oral and written communications skills.
-Strong organization skills with extreme attention to detail.
-Knowledge of typical business software applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, and presentation graphics.
-Energetic and brings enthusiasm in performing job duties.
-Strong professionalism and work ethic.
Position is in Denver, CO. Oracle Corporate Marketing does not provide any relocation, travel assistance, or lodging for this position. Candidate must be able to legally work in the United States.
