Currently, Panasonic Corporation of North America (PNA) is seeking a Marketo Specialist



Conceive of and execute a variety of marketing and lead generation campaigns in support of a diverse set of business stakeholders with the goals of 1) helping them to more fully develop within and leverage the platform (Marketo); 2) conforming to best practices as well as Corporate brand strategy; 3) optimizing available resources.



What You’ll Get to Do:



Campaign management in marketing automation platform (Marketo)
  • Plan various campaigns based on strategic needs of stakeholders with an eye on fully leveraging the tool set, evolving stakeholders to advance and adopt higher levels of use, and guiding them along the way
  • Implement and manage the entire process of marketing automation programs from concept to execution and analysis in collaboration with internal and external resources
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data across the marketing automation process to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, and make continual recommendations for optimization and growth
  • Support overall integrated campaign strategy and plans, working with marketing and creative teams to implement key marketing themes, messages and offers and collaborating with stakeholders on developing email strategies and calendars
  • Develop and maintain Marketo campaign roadmap/calendar based on regular input meetings with stakeholders across business units as well as department/team colleagues
  • Create, test, and optimize emails and landing pages (including HTML coding and image editing)
    • Conduct A/B tests, share learnings with key stakeholders and implement optimizations
    • Evaluate on ongoing basis branding, design, messaging, and functionality across campaign programs to ensure compliance
    • Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement and CAN-SPAM compliance
    • Interface with all necessary internal colleagues/departments and external third parties (e.g. agencies) to ensure campaign programs are designed and executed effectively and to Panasonic brand standards
    • Act as backup Administrator for Corporate instance, managing security (login settings, users & roles, audit trail, workspace, and partition), email settings (SPF/DKIM), communication limits, and integrations (landing page domain name, munchkin, and web services)
    • Assist in managing lead databases, including data normalization, custom fields, attributions, tags, subscription center, API, CRM integrations, and imports/exports of email lists
    • Monitor, track and report all e-mail marketing campaigns (including open rates, conversions, etc.) and develop test campaigns to leverage new initiatives and increase conversion
    • Prioritize and project manage own work queue to ensure task completions

      Team collaborator
      • Coach and train as needed identified users in Marketo
      • Track and report on industry trends, best practices, new technologies and competitive landscapes
      • Attend approved conferences a/o workshops with the goal of learning new technologies, trends, and best practices to employ at Panasonic



        Administrative
        • Participate in any budgeting, reporting, presentations, etc. requested by management
        • Provide regular reporting



          What You’ll Bring:



          Education & Experience :
          • Minimum BS or equivalent degree in marketing or business
          • 5-7 years of B2B marketing, preferably within multi-product/solution company
          • Minimum 3 years of Marketo experience
          • Preferable experience with multi-national/global company

            • Problem solver, adept at translating and balancing corporate strategy with stakeholder needs
            • Ability to handle many projects simultaneously

              Communications :
              • Able to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization
              • Proficient at leading strategy/planning meetings with various stakeholders
              • Superior PowerPoint and presentation skills

                Other Requirements :
                • 5-10% travel possible
