Role Summary:

The Master Scheduler will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objects, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Strong focus on cash and service to customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Lead the S&OP process, including engagement and collaboration with the demand and supply cross functional stakeholders

+ Establish a process and rhythm to review capacity and operational readiness

+ Ensure that demand build plan is aligned with ship schedule

+ Interface with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of products

+ Ensure inventory goals are met managing inventory performance, including input and output forecasting, Raw and WIP optimization to entitlement levels, reduction of now demand or excess inventory and drive inventory reduction projects

+ Manage the product configuration control process, including the item master, bill of material and engineering change orders

+ Support a single process with finance for Supply Chain QMI metrics data

+ Drive identification of opportunities to improve and ensure delivery of financial commitments

+ Be accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives

+ Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy

+ Set strategic direction for planning and scheduling activities within the organization

+ Provide leadership in using advanced planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material plans to the organization and in developing, planning, and implementing the master schedule

+ Determine and apply appropriate optimization methodologies to balance service level, inventory, and resource utilization using advanced planning tools

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution
