Adecco is assisting Nestle USA to recruit for Assembly Production Associates in Solon, OH. The role is vital to prepare products for shipment that will be consumed by people all over the county. Responsibilities of the Assembly Production Associate include:
- Assisting in the production of food products by preparing and weighing ingredients
- Supply production lines with ingredients.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines

Required Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in manufacturing or production.
- Must pass comprehensive background check, drug screen, and a physical strength/agility test.
- Possess the physical capability to stand for an 8 hour shift and push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Rate: $11.50 for 1st and $11.75 for 2nd and 3rd.

Hours and Schedule:
- All positions are considered part time, call in basis. You are required to call an automated scheduling phone line to see what days you are scheduled to work day-to-day.
- A 40 hour/week schedule is not guaranteed. Along with the days you work, start times will vary day-to-day.

1st shift starts between 4:30am-6:30am
2nd shift starts between 2:00pm-3:00pm
3rd shift starts at 9:30pm
