Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for ordering, expediting, receiving, stocking and distributing spare parts and office / shop supplies

+ Responsible for inventory accuracy, ordering, receiving and shipping transactions

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ High school diploma / GED

+ Must possess sufficient skills to perform basic mathematical calculations

+ Must possess experience handling equipment including forklifts, medium and small sized motor vehicles

+ Must have knowledge of traffic codes and regulations

+ Must be capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs

+ Must have ability to work in shop environments

Desired Characteristics:

+ Strong Computer skills

+ Experience in the Railroad Industry

+ Completed 16-hour classroom DOT TDG Shipping Course certification
