ThisPharmacy Operations MBA internship offers you the opportunity to help identifyareas of opportunity impacting over 100,000 front line pharmacy and field teamsacross more than 9,000 retail locations related to process improvement,customer service and business growth. You will have the power to develop anddeliver solutions aimed at making significant changes that will positivelyimpact our pharmacy and field team as well as our millions of patients. MBAinterns in Pharmacy Operations may have the opportunity to: · Asses a business opportunity with specific recommendationsthat will enable the leadership team to make critical go/no go decisions · Design and implement a retail pilot to further inform designchoices and validate business case assumptions · Learn about solution definition, testing, and implementationof new processes and services needed to support the future growth of thecompany · Scope, plan, and perform quantitative analyses that willyield critical answers to the questions at hand · Collect qualitative input and feedback through store visitsand surveys · Create and develop cross-functional relationships across theenterprise Required Qualifications:*Availability to work full time for duration of the 10 week program. *Availability to work full time forduration of the 10 week program. *Structured & Logical Thinking: Theability to identify and define business problems and issues, and developstrategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/ormeasure success *Analytical Rigor: Proven capabilityconducting and managing quantitative portfolio and growth analysis *Powerful Communication: The ability tocommunicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents,both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization. *Team Leadership: A highly developedability to manage, develop, and mentor more junior team members to successfullyevaluate complex business opportunities *Initiative: Ability to think creatively,be a self-starter, and to develop and present potential solutions withenthusiasm *Minimum 2 years full-time work experience required Preferred Qualifications:*Strong Interest in healthcare and/or processimprovement. *Experience using data analytic tools (Advanced Excel and SQL).*Experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint). Education:*Candidates must be enrolled in a two year MBA program
