We’re a leader in the pet care industry, which means we’re not only ahead in volume, profit and market share, we’re at the forefront of innovative product, process and packaging development that’s allowing us to lead the march in pushing pet nutrition forward.

Your larger team – the Technical Services group – creates the flavors, shapes and textures often developed in marketing and brought to life through innovative engineering. As a Mechanical Packaging Specialist, you will provide leadership and support in the areas of machinery design, capability, evaluation, training, troubleshooting and modifications to fit divisional needs for packaging used in wet and dry pet foods and snacks – such as bags, cans, plastic containers, cartons, cases, pails, pouches, jugs, date coding, labeling, inserts, etc. You will ensure we are using the best and most efficient methods possible in our packaging process. In this role, you will be able to assist the division in taking advantage of Nestlé’s worldwide technological know-how in packaging.

We’ll count on you to leverage your sharp engineering background and experience with manufacturing to help us deliver the most modern packaging processes.  We’re a culture that continuously challenges us to Stand Taller and ask “What’s Next?” So, if your full potential could be unleashed, what would you add to the ‘mix’?
