1. 5+ years HEALTHCARE related IT experience (Medical Device preferable)
2. 3+ years experience with Vulnerability management and security
3. 3+ years experience Layered Authentication, passwords and security prevention

Preferable Certifications:
Biomedical Technician (CBET), Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES), or Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist
Advanced knowledge in clinical engineering CMMS system
Superior knowledge in biomedical networks, Medical Device Security, DICOM, and HL7 communications, and medical device PHI regulations.

20% of time will be spent:
* Provide details on the security properties of the device(s) and technical security controls implemented (MDS2)
* The expected security environment into which a device may be installed and supplemental security measures may be required
* Security best practices and details on how security of the device should be maintained
* Description of any security-relevant third party components used
* On-going information about vulnerabilities discovered or security updates to be implemented
* Contract language stating manufacturers responsibility on security

20% of time will be spent:
* Authentication and authorization
* Role based, layered authentication
* Implementation password rules: Strength, lifecycle, default passwords, etc.

20% of time will be spent:
* Risk classification and assessment
* Complete device inventory (including software, version, configuration, patch level, connectivity, and use case
* perform a thorough security risk assessment, leading to a classification of devices based on risk profile and the proper prioritization of protective devices
* The likelihood of the device being attacked, breached, or infected with malware.
* Severity or impact of the possible compromise. This will require classification of devices based on their risk to patient safety, clinical use and function, and impact on operations and revenue.

20% of time will be spent:
* Vulnerability management and security of medical devices
* Information (patient data, configuration settings etc.
* Access and authentication (user or administrator accounts)
* Infrastructure (hardware, firmware, networks, etc.
* Application
* System

20% of time will be spent:
* How today's medical devices are used and incorporated in the IT environment.
* What type of cyber-threats they are exposed to and how these threats can affect the medical device ecosystem
