Duties related to the Medicaid Billing and Collections opportunity:
• Gather Medicaid billing information
• Ensure payments by verifying accuracy
• Resolve disputed claims and discrepancies
• Adjust patient bills as needed
• Perform collections on private accounts
• Assist in establishing appropriate payment plans as needed
• Update patient accounts
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Medical Billing and Collections opportunity:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medicaid Waiver experience highly preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Solid work history
• Exceptional communication skills
