A large and growing healthcare company is in need of a Medical Customer Service Representative. The Medical Customer Service Representative will have duties to include resolution of non-payment accounts, addressing billing questions, reviewing patient accounts, review claims for appropriate use of procedure, modifiers and diagnostic codes. The Medical Customer Service Representative must possess 1+ years of recent call center experience in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls while providing outstanding customer service etiquette. Strong communication skills and organization skills are required. Experience with 3rd party insurance and hospital experience is a huge plus.
