Position Summary:

The Med D Mailings Services (MDMS) Senior Consultant will support the department’s three MDMS work streams - MDMS Production, Data Validation and Print Validation which are charged with executing nearly 200 different Medicare enrollment letters for our SSI Individual, EGWP and NEJE lines of business along with Medicare and Medicaid Transition Fill mailings that are done on behalf of our SSI business and health plan clients. The 3 teams together support execution of over 21M letters per year. This position acts as an individual contributor and team player who demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of each team’s processes and function, so that they can move flexibly between the teams, performing each function as needed, while ensuring all work is performed within SLA, focusing on timeliness, accuracy and quality. A key function of the role will be to lead cross functional efforts within MDMS and with our business partners to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality. To perform these functions, the Sr. Consultant must establish cross-functional working relationships with print vendors, internal and external business partners and MDMS team members. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and maintaining department tracking and reporting.

Primary responsibilities include:
Identifying and driving process improvements cross functionally within MDMS around efficiency, costs savings and quality Managing all aspects of the print production process including programming changes, crosswalk build and client profile approval with the print vendor Template data mapping and test file creation to ensure accuracy Quality checking live proofs to ensure the correct data populates and the template is accurate



Required Qualifications:
- 2 + years of proofing experience and understanding of variable information and template mapping
- 2+ years of personal computers skills, including MS Office suite experience (requires intermediate to expert skills in MS Word and Excel) as well as proven experience with web based tools


Preferred Qualifications:
- Medicare Part D Operations and PBM knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills, including good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Flexibility, strong accountability and teamwork


Education:
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelors is preferred.
