As a Member Communication Specialist within our Member Communication Operations team, you will be responsiblefor the existing client book of business, and project managing of member communication materials such as Welcome Kits,Prescription ID Cards, Formulary Mailings, Custom Letters, and Web-Based Communications. Become an expert and a Specialist to our internal partners when developing and making edits for client communications.
Additional responsibilities of a Member Communication Specialist include:
•Acting as the primary interface between internal cross-functional departments (Account Management, Eligibility, Marketing, Data Team, among others) and external partners(Print Vendors) to manage the project of getting member communications from request through print production to the mail.
•Managing all aspects of communication; establish turn around times with Account teams,assist them through the process of input to completion (via Salesforce and Aprimo), ensure details of request are complete and accurate and have been through appropriate channels internally before release.
•Collaborating with internal partners to assess processes periodically and recommend areas for improvement.
•Ensuring that all communications are executed with consistency, reliability and accountability for CVS Caremark clients and members. 507614
