part of the Member Experience Team, this position will be primarily dedicated
to process improvement, project work and reporting. The schedule of this role
will be M-F 7 am to 5 pm as a flexible schedule.

process failure findings during root cause analysis.
· Manage high
visibility process improvement projects with significant business impact.
· Employ best in
class Lean Six Sigma project management standards, including creation of
charters, scope, goals, and process measurement systems and identifying
benefits of process improvement initiatives.
and identify member experience opportunities and work with business owners to
identify root cause and implement solutions. Document and present
findings to senior leaders for reviews. Continually, drive innovated solutions
to achieve cost savings and improve member experience .
