Member Retention Field Associate
Responsible for managing members scheduled to lose Medicaid, FHP or CHIP coverage in the recertification process.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages members and recertifies their benefits with the State prior to the member losing coverage.
Manages enrollment with completing applications that were submitted as incomplete or were determined to have presumptive or temporary eligibility.
Collects delinquent premiums to ensure members do not lose healthcare coverage.
Completes assigned appointments in a timely manner.
Creates recertification appointments by home visits from member contact lists.
Attends recertification events.
High school diploma
Minimum of 1 years of related experience;
Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires the ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Must also pass Marketing Training Program to become certified as a Facilitated Enroller in NY State.
