Customer Service Representative - Senior Metrics Analyst
Shift: Monday - Friday
(Project Management shift hours - 8 hours a day - start between 7 - 9 AM EST and end 8 hours 45 mins later training hours? Training during shift hours (cross training)
Pay Rate: $17.69/hr.
Length: 6 months
Data Management Operations execute and deliver accurate and timely reports to business users
The reports are used by our end users to make strategic business decision
Identify opportunities for optimization in operational processes and implement them job duties
Run standard and ad hoc reports on schedule and submits to business management and/or senior staff
Enter raw data into systems to generate specialized reports
Manipulate data using spreadsheets or database applications taking into account technical knowledge of operations, reporting formats, and objectives of data analysis
Investigate and corrects discrepancies
Provide basic data analysis and provides observations and recommendations for review by management
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years Microsoft Excel, Access, project management experience
High volume and high quality, multi-tasking
