Atlanta, GA Position Overview
This Metrics & Reporting Consultant position supports Coca-Cola Studios, the in-house creative, design, and digital team for The Coca-Cola Company. The successful candidate will have a clear and thorough understanding of all services provided by Coca-Cola Studios and how we deliver value to the Company through high-quality and cost-effective execution.
The Metrics & Reporting Consultant will be responsible for developing and improving the performance management routines and metrics for the lines of business within Coca-Cola Studios. This Consultant will identify and develop relevant business metrics to support this growing business, provide robust reporting, provide program and process management, and deliver timely routine and ad hoc analyses.
In addition, this position will also help drive an overall culture of Operational Excellence (OE) and productivity efficiencies throughout the Coca-Cola Studios organization. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Tool . Identify & develop additional reporting in Workfront. Perform basic query writing in WF tool. Play a key role in the full utilization and implementation of the Workfront tool across the Coca-Cola Studios team.
Metrics Reporting . Maintain, with a high attention to detail, monthly metrics reporting processes. Identify, recommend, and implement any needed operational and financial process improvements resulting from metrics analysis to ensure business objectives are met, (e.g., Billable Utilization).
Management Routines . Through effective management routines, synthesize operational and financial data (Actuals). Consistently track and monitor the effectiveness of routines, and implement changes as needed.
Process Improvement . Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to metrics and performance standards within Coca-Cola Studios.
Ad hoc Reporting . Provide written, graphical, or verbal communication of business performance against metrics in order to drive continuous improvement and meet business commitments across the CBS Lines of Business. Provide timely and accurate Ad hoc reporting when required.
O perational Excellence . Assist the Coca-Cola Studios team with driving Operational Excellence routines, projects, and improvements against the OE Maturity Continuum. E ducation:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or analytical area of study. MBA and/or CPA preferred. Related Experience:
5+ years of relevant and strong work experience in a metrics, process improvement, or analytical role required. Operational Excellence (OE) certification preferred. Technical Skills:
Asset Protection: Knowledge of the importance of ensuring the safety and appropriate utilization of all Company assets. This includes the appropriate use of Company trademarks, logos, assets, terminology and data, treating information confidentially, ensuring employee and workplace safety, and having contingency plans.
Consumer Focus : Demonstrating understanding of how one's actions and/or work impacts the Company's relationship with consumers.
Business Etiquette : Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or in person, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. This includes the ability to understand, be diplomatic and tactful, demonstrate appropriate behavior in social situations and maintain composure in negative circumstances in order to achieve results.
Budgetary Knowledge : Ability to gather, interpret, and compare expense data to ensure that budgets are met using knowledge of business and basic financial tools.
Database and System Knowledge : The knowledge and skills required to access and collect data via Company-approved databases or the Internet. This includes the ability to complete electronic forms, produce accurate reports, conduct investigative research, explain data and communicate results.
