Manage and responsible for coordinating day to day activities, ensure accurate and timely completion of activities i.e. hardware, configurations, software, shipping, inventory, projects, cycle count, logistics and distribution of orders - domestic and international.

Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Train staff on department processes and policies. Manage fulltime and temporary workforce. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

Maintain and ensure accuracy of functional documentation to ISO standards and current business. Analyze process measurements with a goal of process improvement.
Interpret and enforce policies, process and procedure.

Analyze and resolve operational issues, or assists workers in solving work problems. Investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action and communicate to management. Maintain safe and clean work environment.

Track and report daily productivity, activities to ensure successful achievement of goals, objectives and projects. Assist with testing and implementation of new application functionality or acquisitions/projects. Build, maintain, and evolve the KPI framework, including the creation of an ongoing measurement system for key KPI's.

BA/BS degree or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing desirable. Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle Applications - Inventory and Shipping etc. Display self-confidence, enthusiasm, and an ability to stimulate and motivate others. Leads by example and delegates appropriately. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Qualifications:
Construction of the finished product incorporating appropriate techniques and responding to quality initiatives.

Responsible for planning and implementing activities related to the management of Oracle*s manufacturing suppliers. Manage supplier activities in the areas of material purchase, material control, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems. Ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet internal needs. Maintains acceptable inventory levels. Manages the supplier relationship to meet performance indicators. Develops material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials. Coordinates contract implementation with Oracle Legal. Supports planning, procurement, and distribution activities.

Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Experience in manufacturing desirable.
