Microservices Agile Delivery Lead Manager- Retail -West Coast

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with microservices and Integration Architecture strategy, roadmap design and creation
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Agile and Dev Ops
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with leading & managing projects that include microservices platform evaluation and microservices design and build
  • Minimum of 6 year’s professional services or 8 years industry experience in agile delivery of integration services 
  • Able to meet Minimum travel requirements (Monday - Thursday), up to 75% where applicable. 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to lead teams and able to interface directly in client facing interactions
  • Agile Certification
  • TOGAF certification preferred
  • PMI-PMP certification preferred

  • Passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
