The IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge has an immediate opportunity for an experienced forward thinking Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Consultant (Agent Desktop and Knowledge Management) with a passion for growth and innovation. The successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Consultant candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, helping customers design and create solutions. This includes experience in database management, information architecture, programming, software applications, and workflow. You will use skill, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve the expected business results. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement and understanding the functional capabilities and limitations of Dynamics and drive functional improvements and identify areas for process development within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
You must be a self-starter, able to complete assignments with minimal supervision and have the ability to mentor and lead more junior members of the teamThe IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US.
