Our St Louis Office is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consulting Practice. This is an excellent Leadership opportunity if you're a self-starter who likes to take the initiative in the planning and implementation of innovative ideas with current and prospective clients. The objective of this position is to provide a positive impact to our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 client base while supporting a number of CRM initiatives in the market.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Five (+) years of experience implementing CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogix, or Pivotal) required

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 Sales and Service) implementation experience (multiple projects)

  • Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service

  • Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage the consulting team as well as the client team and develop strong working relationships with clients while mentoring the consultants deployed on the project.

  • Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Developing Microsoft CRM implementation strategies, best practices and approaches

  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications

  • Travel required on occasion to client locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients

  • Relevant, hands-on work related experience working within a team environment

  • Desire to learn, grow and exceed both management and client expectations

  • Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Experience performing assessments of client’s applications and making recommendations for improvements

  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex implementations with multiple delivery teams (CRM, ERP, BI, etc)

  • Prior experience, background and interest in sales, business development and practice development a plus
