The successful Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Lead
- Analyze and interpret business processes and requirements
- Configure and develop in test and production environments
- Act as primary point of contact for Dynamics CRM related issues and inquires
- Advise client on fit-gap solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and understanding the functional capabilities and limitations of Dynamics
- Perform detailed business requirements analysis and design
- Drive functional improvements and identify areas for process development within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
In addition, the candidate must have experience in a customer facing role, helping customers design and create their solutions. Must be a self-starter, able to complete assignments with minimal supervision. Also must be able to mentor and lead more junior members of the team.

The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge, Louisiana center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel an average of 50% of the time. No remote opportunities exist.
