Current projects MDM team is working on:
Restructuring all cell phone accounts
Rolling out Airwatch company wide

Running reports through vendors (Who has which device? Amount of data usage?)
Moving phone lines to different providers
Updating Account Portals with devices are being used an monitored
Running reports to Monitor devices/Data usage
Rolling out Airwatch on all devices
Some escalated Mobile user support(Most log in issues/lockouts handled by HD)

Qualification required:
Attentions to detail
Documentation skills
Familiarity with Airwatch (Mobileiron is similar)
Airwatch Cert(Low level or Accredited) is a Plus
Experience with Android and iPhone Devices
