Position Summary:
As a member of the team, the individual will be conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, organizing data for regularly published reports, acting as a liaison between internal partners and assisting in the construction of portfolio strategies and advice. The role requires an individual with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of the fixed income markets. The individual must be capable of multitasking and collaborating with other members of the team and across divisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Synthesizes market data to help develop customized portfolio strategies and asset allocation proposals utilizing the Firm's resources
• Improves and streamlines the service model and procedures for the team
• Assists clients with market data and research
• Produces published reports and other types of communications to use with Advisor's clients and prospects
• Develops, implements, and communicates products, and portfolio enhancements to high net worth clients
• Prepares performance and risk measurement reports for team
• Develops presentation materials and proposals to assist Advisors in obtaining clients' business
Provides individualized recommendations to Advisors regarding client situations by analyzing Advisor's book of business and identifying new business opportunities
• Works with clients on the execution of orders in Brokerage and Advisory accounts

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field
• FINRA Series 7, and 63 is a plus (candidate will be expected to obtain these licenses within 3 months of hire date and additional licensing may be required)
• Fixed Income and product knowledge preferred

Knowledge/Skills:
• Ability to clearly communicate and articulate ideas both written and orally
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities essential
• Ability to work independently and effectively on a team
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools including Bloomberg, Factset, Yieldbook and Barclays Live
